If you are going on a surf trip you will have to prepare for many things. Surfboards, wetsuits, clothes, money, passport are all essential things for a surf trip. Good planning is key so you can spend as long as possible surfing.
Here is a handy surf trip packing list so that you are well prepared and ready to go :
1 SUNBLOCK
Sunblock is crucial when you are on the water for hours. Make sure it is waterproof and consider buying a zinc stick for your face.
2 FIRST AID KIT
When there is no medical help around you it can be a life-saver. Keep it readily available, well stocked and organised.

3 DING REPAIR
An epoxy repair stick or sun cure is ideal for quick surfboard ding repairs until you have the possibility to get it fixed by a local expert or when you return home.
4 SURF GEAR
Surfboard, fins, wax, fin key, board bag and sock, wax comb, leash, wetsuit, rash guards, booties, boardies. Bring a spare leash.
5 TOILETRIES
Toothbrush, toothpaste, contact lenses and solution, soap, shampoo, towels, toothpicks.
6 DUCT TAPE
Repair bags, boards or cover blisters. Always good to have a roll of tape in your bag.
7 CHARGERS
Your phone is essential nowadays. Swell forecasts, surf spots all readily available on your phone. Bring your charger and the right adapter.

8 PAPERWORK
Passport, boarding pass, visa, credit cards, driver’s license, contact lists, prescriptions, guide books, maps.
9 MONEY
Bring local money and do not pack it all in the same place. Keep your credit cards close to on your body.
10 CLOTHES
Check the temperature at your surfing destination and bring the right clothes. Stuff Pack some extra clothes in your board bag to protect your board.
